Welcome to Nourish With Natalie.

I’m Natalie, a board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC) with a degree in Health and Wellness from Purdue Global University and training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping individuals build sustainable habits that support their health, energy, and well-being—without extremes or overwhelm.

My work focuses on nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and long-term lifestyle change. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. I do believe in bio-individuality. Therefore, I provide high-touch coaching, education, and accountability so you’re supported every step of the way—not left to figure things out on your own.

As a mom of four young children and a Marine spouse, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while caring for others, managing busy schedules, and carrying mental and emotional load. I meet my clients with empathy and realism, helping them create routines that actually fit their lives.

My approach is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment. I help clients move beyond starting over, develop confidence in their choices, and feel strong—physically and mentally—through sustainable habits.
