A wellness education program open to every student. Foundations of Wellness covers the essentials of healthy living — nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and emotional well-being — through interactive virtual lessons and activities that make healthy habits feel accessible and achievable at every stage.

Students in this program will learn:

  • How to fuel their body with nourishing food choices

  • The role of movement, sleep, and rest in energy and mood

  • Simple, practical tools for managing stress and emotions

  • How to build healthy habits that last

COHORT DETAILS: 🌱 Elementary Cohort | Grades TK–6 | Virtual | Small group | 4 weeks | 60 min per session

🌿 Middle & High School Cohort | Grades 7–12 | Virtual | Small group | 4 weeks | 60 min per session
