Youth Programming

Credentialed wellness and body literacy education designed to help children and teens understand their bodies, build confidence, and develop healthy habits for life. Whether they're learning about puberty, navigating menstrual health, building foundational wellness habits, or discovering the grocery store as a classroom, each program meets students where they are and gives them practical tools to understand and care for their bodies.

🌸 Becoming: A Girl's Guide to Her Changing Body
Ages 9–13 · Pre-cycle girls · Grades 4–8 · 6 modules

 

A body literacy program that prepares girls for puberty before it arrives — so the changes feel familiar, not frightening. Covers physical changes, hormones, the menstrual cycle, nutrition, emotional health, and confident self-care.

🌿 Hormonal Harmony — Youth Edition
Ages 10–17 · Cycling girls · Grades 5–12 · 6 modules

 

A cycle literacy program for girls who have begun their menstrual cycle — teaching them to understand, track, and support their cycle through sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management.

💛 Foundations of Wellness
Ages 8–18 · All students · Grades 3–12 · 4 weeks ·

 

A 4-week virtual wellness program open to every student — covering sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management. Content is differentiated by grade band so every student is appropriately challenged.

🔬 Natalie's Nutrition Lab™ ✨ New
Ages 5–17 · All students · In-person at partnering grocery stores

An in-store, educator-led nutrition experience that takes students into a real grocery store to build practical food literacy skills — reading labels, identifying whole foods, shopping the rainbow, and making confident food choices.

All programs are secular, science-based, and aligned with California Health Education Framework standards. Small group sizes keep the experience personal.

meet your instructor: natalie cloninger

Natalie is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), the founder of Nourish With Natalie, LLC, and a graduate student completing a Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition with a Dietetics concentration at California Baptist University.

As a homeschooling mother, wellness educator, and passionate advocate for health literacy, Natalie is dedicated to helping children and families build confidence, healthy habits, and a positive relationship with their bodies — through education that is evidence-based, age-appropriate, and genuinely engaging.

Through interactive learning, practical wellness tools, and supportive small-group environments, Natalie creates spaces where students feel empowered to learn, ask questions, and grow.

Questions are always welcome. Parents are encouraged to be partners in the learning process.
