Too many girls enter puberty confused, embarrassed, or unprepared. these programs change that. through science-based, age-appropriate lessons, Nourish with Natalie helps girls understand their changing bodies with confidence -- not shame. every program is secular and designed to open conversations between girls and the trusted adults in their lives.

these are body literacy programs, not sex education.

Ages 9–13 · Pre-cycle

Becoming: A Girls Guide to Her Changing body

becoming prepares girls for puberty before it arrives -- so the changes feel familiar, not frightening. girls learn what's happening in their bodies, why it happens, and how to care for themselves through every stage of growing up.

Girls in this program will learn:

  • What to expect during puberty — physically, emotionally, and hormonally

  • How to support their body with nourishing food, movement, and rest

  • The language to describe what they're experiencing — and who to talk to

  • That their changing body is something to understand and celebrate, not fear

Ages 11-17 · cycling girls

Hormonal Harmony — Youth Edition

Once a girl's cycle begins, her hormones become one of her most powerful health tools — if she knows how to work with them. Hormonal Harmony — Youth Edition deepens body literacy by exploring the menstrual cycle, hormonal patterns, and how nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress interact with wellbeing across each cycle phase.

GIrls in this program will learn:

  • The four phases of the menstrual cycle and what each one means for energy, mood, and focus

  • How to track their cycle and recognize what's normal for their body

  • Practical tools for supporting themselves through PMS, cramps, and hormonal shifts
